JOB DESCRIPTION:

Lead Business Analyst / Business Analysis Manager An opportunity currently exists for an experienced Business Analysis Professional to join a leading Shropshire based business as Business Analysis Manager. The Business Analysis Manager we are seeking will be responsible for the management of a small business analysis team that sits within a newly formed business analysis function within change management. The team will be responsible for working in collaboration with the business to analyse processes to identify improvements which can be either be implemented as part of BAU or a project. This will require the team to work closely with colleagues throughout the business to develop solutions that ensure compliance with business practice, conduct strategy requirements and target operating model, encompassing process, system or structure changes. In addition the team would lead root cause analysis of the change end to end to support the continuous improvement of change management framework. To prove successful in this role you will have skills in areas including, * Effective management abilities are essential; therefore the ideal candidate for this role will clearly demonstrate leadership skills through personal attributes, values and behaviours. You will have strong analytical skills with attention to detail enabling you to understand complex processes and the business requirements, to translate them into viable solutions. * Excellent problem solver with ability to analyse and present complex/ technical concepts in a simplified manner. * Strong interpersonal skills, being able to be flexible and adaptable in your approach, with the ability to work with a variety of different stakeholders. * Good organizational skills, capable of managing own work load, whilst managing a team in a professional, cooperative and mutually supportive manner. * Attention to detail and timeliness in delivery. * Experience within one or more quality methodologies ( e.g. Lean, Six Sigma, ISO 9000) or improvement approaches ( DMAIC, DRIVE, Kaizen) . This is a permanent role, package will consist of base salary plus bonus and benefits package.
