JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client are looking for a well presented and engaging Administrator to join their highly established company that specialises in Interior Design. Being based in the heart of London, means that it has good connection links and is easily accessible. Our clients are seeking a full time Administrator/ Receptionist to take primary responsibility for a number of administration tasks. You will have a myriad of admin and organisational tasks to keep you busy and stimulated. Duties include but are not exclusive to:. Typing. Downloading docs. Maintaining calendars. Combining/PDF''ing reports. Emailing clients. Maintaining company contacts. Ordering stationery. Proof reading reports. Maintaining/updating phone lists. Scanning/copying. Filtering emails for Junk. Binding documents. Reception tasks:. Running switchboard - keeping record of incoming calls names numbers etc. Greeting clients and introducing them to the appropriate staff. Sending post, weighing and calculating postage or taking to the post office. Ordering drinking water and plastic cups. Putting on the coffee AM. Typing/printing post labels. Making teas and coffees for visitors. Collecting/opening/sorting post. Loading/unloading dishwasher. Top up tea/coffee/sugar pots. Top up paper in printers and check levels. Printer/scanner/copier meter readings. Buying the milk and office treats. Maintaining office plants. Proficiency in excel and word is essential.
