Situated in the town of Bedwas on the outskirts of Caerphilly, Parklands Care Home is a purpose built 38 bedded care home offering Nursing, Residential and Respite care.At Parklands Care Home Residents have a choice of lounge areas which feature comfortable and specially designed furnishings. We have a range of comfortable and well-equipped bedrooms. Our Chefs pride themselves in knowing the tastes of our Residents and preparing a choice of home cooked, fresh, nutritional meals and catering for any dietary and cultural needs.At HC-One our experienced Home Managers and members of staff ensure kindness is at the heart of everything we do. As a Home Manager of a busy HC-One home, you will be given responsibility for running all aspects of its operation. That means not only ensuring it’s commercial success, but more importantly ensuring quality of care for our residents providing both clinical excellence and a compassionate, nurturing environment. This means we are looking for a special kind of manager. A natural leader who is organised and driven, can inspire and develop their colleagues whilst at all times maintain your passion for delivering kindest possible care for our residents and their relatives/friends. This is a nursing home so ideally, you will be qualified nurse with a current NMC registration and relevant experience working in a similar position within the care sector, preferably caring for elderly Residents.
