You will provide exceptional advisory services in compliance in line with EY’s professional standards.  Leading financial services institutions are at the center of transforming their Compliance function and are increasingly driving organization wide changes required by regulators, management and the wider stakeholder community. You will help clients with implementing and improving processes and solutions to compete effectively in this dynamic environment. * Typical projects the team are currently involved in: * AML transaction monitoring system implementation, optimization and tuning * Sanctions customer screening/payment filtering implementation and solutions * KYC and customer on-boarding system implementation * FATCA program planning and implementation * Trade surveillance solutions implementation * Fraud detection system implementation * Financial Crime Risk models  * Executive Responsibilities include:  In your role as an Executive you will have responsibility for:  * Assisting in the execution and day to day leadership of a portfolio of client projects * Working effectively as a team member sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication, and updating senior team members on progress * Good stakeholder management of senior client personnel * Assisting in preparing reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties * Developing and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel*LI-MANUAL-POST-JOB*    Skills Required To be successful in these roles, you will be required to demonstrate the following:    Industry Experience  We are looking for professionals with exposure to / experience in, one or more of the following areas: * A successful track record in Wholesale Banking / Capital Markets / Retail Banking / Insurance experience gained either through a top tier consultancy (e.g. Big 4, IBM, Accenture) or top tier bank or a product vendor * Demonstrated ability to work with a team of technology advisors through all phases of the technology life cycle, including requirements definition, architecture design, conversion and testing * Experience in any of the following solution areas: AML Transaction Monitoring, KYC & Customer Information Management, Sanctions, Fraud, Models & Model Validation, FIU & Investigation Support, Anti-Bribery & Corruption, Surveillance and Monitoring, Regulatory Reporting, Enterprise Compliance Reporting & Governance, Regulatory Transformation, Vendor Risk, Consumer Protection  Profile and Skills * Strong interest and commitment to developing and delivering leading edge solutions * Show potential to develop strong client relationships * Intellectual strength / flexibility to rapidly understand complex problems and rationalise these into a workable solution which can then be delivered * Ability to develop and deliver high quality output against stated project objectives and meet tight deadlines * High level of drive, commitment to achieving solutions, and ability to work under pressure * Ability to develop impactful written presentations and participate effectively in meetings with senior clients * Team player who openly supports, encourages and shares knowledge with colleagues Qualifications required * University degree from a leading university, 2:1 or above (or equivalent)  Who we are EY is committed to being an inclusive employer and we are happy to consider flexible working arrangements.
