JOB DESCRIPTION:

An established international property investment company with a successful and expanding portfolio of funds is looking to grow its presence internationally and is looking to hire a Senior Marketing Manager with fluent French to implement its group marketing strategy and co-ordinate external communications. Reporting to the Marketing Director, the role of the French speaking Senior Marketing Manager will include: * Creating and developing marketing and communications strategy in conjunction with senior group management * Brand management, online presence and PR * Promotions for new and existing funds directed at a B2B client base * Creating and producing all marketing materials in French and English including brochures, newsletters and web content * Overseeing the work of a Marketing Assistant Profile: * French to mother tongue standard with fluent English (written and spoken) * Solid previous experience within the marketing sector, some of which must be from the investment or finance sectors * Degree in business or marketing or equivalent * Previous experience working as a Senior Marketing Manager, Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing coordinator within a property investment type company * Strong communication skills * Driven, creative, independent * Excellent editorial skills * Strong knowledge of MS Office skills and web marketing tools To apply, please send your CV in Word format to Ricardo, CVs in any other formats will not be accepted.
