JOB DESCRIPTION:
The ideal candidate will have experience of working with children and or have a background in a education environment, desirable but not essential. The candidate must have good communication skills with the ability and confidence to address a large audience. The candidate must be able to organize them self efficiently and manage their own diary effectively. The candidate should have good cooking skills and ideally a decent knowledge of food and nutrition. OWN CAR REQUIRED. The Food Education Company is a healthy eating road show that is aimed at communities and young people. It promotes the benefits of healthy eating in a way that is fun, interesting and stimulating. Your job as a Food Education Presenter will involve you working with large numbers of children in schools in Durham County and some surrounding areas. CRB/DBS will be required by Employee who will pay up front cost.
