JOB DESCRIPTION:

Do you have a passion for great coffee and expert understanding of Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering ? If so then read on !!!! Our client is the largest coffee shop chain in the country, due to a massive expansion plan we are currently looking to recruit a number of Field Service Engineers for them at various locations around the country to service and maintain state of the art, market leading and bespoke vending machines. This position is covering the Coventry / Warwickshire area. This is a contract position with an immediate start. Duration circa 4 months but may lead to longer or permanent for the right candidate. Salary £100+ per day + fully expensed vehicle. The key tasks for this Field Service Engineer position is to repair and maintain our clients equipment, to carry out planned preventative maintenance, the fitting of diagnosed parts, to drive an effective service to our clients partners, to work effectively within a team, to manage your time and resources effectively and work towards your own personal development. The role itself will be to provide a world class experience to our clients partners, to carry out repairs for all of our clients equipment to the highest possible standard, to fit spare parts that have been previously diagnosed and complete Perfect Settings to ensure brand standards, complete PMs to schedule, to continually improve the equipment’s reliability through accountability and ownership for all equipment and to work with all our clients internal teams (Brand Service Technicians and Helpline) to reduce machine downtime. Full training will be given to the successful candidates. Essential skills and experience :- •Electrical and or Mechanical Engineering background • Be able to plan and organise your workload • Be able to self motivate • Be able to build excellent Customer Relationships • Be able to prioritise your workload • Proven problem solving background • Be flexible and have a “can do” attitude • Have worked in a field based role before as a Field Service Engineer or similar. • Hands on experience of working with mechanical/electrical equipment • Full UK Driving licence with no more than 6 points for minor offences Desirable skills and experience :- • Bean 2 Cup coffee machines • Coffee machine dismantling and assembly • Repair of electrical or mechanical equipment • Self-serve vend machine experience • Expert on PM procedures Immediate start available To apply, please email your CV to Gary Richards or call 07982 844392
