JOB DESCRIPTION:

Field Inventory Specialist £40,000+ My client is now recruiting for a Field Inventory Specialist to join their well-established global distribution network. The key purpose of this role is to lead and facilitate Field Inventory Management initiatives for designated countries, driving measurable cost-efficiency and service level improvements, reporting capabilities and quality compliance. You will drive process of identifying improvement opportunities integrating Field Inventory Management with other functional areas and processes. Other responsibilities will include setting up processes and developing tools to manage field inventory, in conjunction with the EDC planning group. This includes transactional processes, organization, documentation and reporting, training and supporting application tools. You will take ownership and be proactive in the management of inventory, including managing consignment stock, aged product, scrap etc. Candidates for this position are expected to have +3 years experience in inventory or supply chain processes. Strong IT and analytical skills are essential as are good communication skills with the ability to interact with field sales staff and customers.
