R3 Resourcing is delighted to be partnering with a fantastic retailer who is really taking the UK stationary market by storm! We are looking for a Field/Area Visual Merchandiser for this superb retailer who is committed to new stationery and storage ideas to energise and organise customers work space, whether it be at home, at school or at the office. With a strong trading history, our client have been established for over 12 years and have over 25 stores in the UK with an exciting expansion planned for the next 2 years to double the number, they are becoming a serious contender within the UK industry. We are currently seeking an experienced, dynamic and hands-on Field/Area Visual Merchandiser to support with new store opening every week over the North Region. As a Field/Area Visual Merchandiser you will implement effective visual merchandising in stores in order to maximise store sales and to train and coach Store Managers on delivering brand expectations. Key responsibilities of Field/Area Visual Merchandiser will include: Manage the store opening programme from a VM perspective Set up of VM briefs (brief changes) Ensure Managers are trained and coached to achieve desired merchandising standards Provide feedback to Store teams to ensure brand standards are achieved Report on store brief execution and standards Provide feedback to Regional Managers regarding housekeeping and/or relevant merchandising/stock issues As a Field/Area Visual Merchandising you will have strong VM experience, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task and manage work priorities across multiple sites. This role will require several overnight stays away from home across the North of the UK including Scotland with occasional travel to the London Head Office.
