JOB DESCRIPTION:

Electrical Maintenance Engineer Continuous Process Manufacturing Permanent Days position (7:30am:3:30pm) Kidderminster GBP32,400 + 25 days holiday + 9.5 Pension (3.5 Employee, 6 Employer) Overview Reporting to the Engineering Manager and being the go to guy for Electrical Engineering on the day shift : you will be an experienced electrically biased Maintenance Engineer, responsible for on:site maintenance and projects surrounding the clients continuous process machinery. Although the site is a 24 hour production facility, working a 3:shift system (6:2,2:10,10:6). This is a days based position (7:30am to 3:30pm) with very occasional shift work possible. You will need to understand ladder diagnosis, be able to do some project support work and fault find across a wide range of machines. The company have a variety of machinery (including some old, some new and some bespoke) and so problem solving skills across a range of kit is highly desirable. Knowledge of PLCs (Omron, Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley and others) plus Drives, Projects and some mechanical ability is required. You will be a time served / qualified electrical engineer with a proven track record in the manufacturing / production / process sectors with good maintenance, diagnostic, planning and organising skills.
