JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client in Slough, Berkshire are currently seeking a Customer Service advisor for an ongoing period to join their established Customer Service Team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to develop their skills within the engineering sector. Responsabilities Include: * Deal with all enquiries efficiently and effectively, whether by telephone, face to face or electronically. * Wherever possible aim to deal with customer enquiry at first point of contact. * If unable to do so then ensure full details of the customer and their enquiry is logged and passed to relevant member of staff or Customer Services Supervisor to respond. * Ensure all contact with customer is recorded appropriately. * Ensure all customer contact details are updated. * Work to the Data Protection Policy. * To work flexibly as part of the Customer Care team across the Contact Centre, Reception and Cash Office. * Proficient communication skills and quick learners. Desirable * Knowledge of Vistec * NVQ or equivelnt in Customer Services Interested?
