Description As Country Manager, you ll have overall responsibility for stores and concessions in the UK. You ll be responsible for staff and you will work closely with other senior managers. You will report into the Commercial Director. Your duties will include: Setting sales targets Maximising sales and profitability Providing your teams with a stimulating and supportive environment Maintaining and increasing standards of customer service Driving team performance Controlling the training and development of your staff Profile Being based in London would be an advantage.
