My Client is hiring on an EXCLUSIVE basis, and urgently looking for a ambitious, switched-on, forward-thinking Continual Service Improvement (CSI) Manager with excellent knowledge and experience within a large insurance or financial institute. As Continual Service Improvement (CSI) Manager you will rub shoulders with some of the most highly skilled, technically advanced and most forward thinking IT engineers/analyst/developers in the industry, with the ability to utilise and expand upon your management and service improvement skills and experience.
