JOB DESCRIPTION:

OUR CLIENT is a growing Supplier and Manufacturer of baked goods to the Foodservice sector and they are looking to recruit a Compliance Coordinator to join an already established and successful technical team. The primary function of THE ROLE will be working with the current technical teams creating, managing and maintaining internal systems to ensure full compliance. * The role will also have an input into the maintenance of a high quality manufacturing environment, working closely with the hygiene and operations to continually improve standards. * You will complete compliance audits of all QA systems against agreed schedule. * In addition you will be involved in the development and improvement of internal systems. * The role will also deputise for the QA manager. The successful applicant will have a proven track record in the food sector. In addition you will have: * An HND or Degree in a science subject, preferably in Food Science/Technology, life sciences or Chemistry; * Good understanding of food labelling, nutrition, allergens, HACCP and food labelling legislation * Experience in food manufacturing operations, preferably in a Quality Assurance or Technical role; * Good communication skills, both verbally and written * An ability to prioritise * Excellent negotiation skills If this job is of interest and you would like to investigate this further, apply TODAY!!!
