JOB DESCRIPTION:

A Chef de Partie is required to work in the busy kitchen of a multi outlet hotel in Chester. Role:. The General Manager of a large hotel with a 2 rosette restaurant is seeking a Chef de Partie who is a true all rounder in the kitchen to join the brigade of eight chefs working at the property. A varied role you will be expected to prepare modern British dishes for the hotels restaurant that currently holds two AA Rosettes as well as the lounge, room service and the banqueting department. As a result this Chef de Partie role will need you to be organised in the kitchen preparing for busy service times and controlling your section at all times. Requirements:. The position needs a Chef de Partie who has a background in multi-outlet hotels preferably with rosette experience where you were working with all fresh produce.
