Job Title:             Central Support Staff Allocation Officer (Contact Centre) Reporting to:     Central Support Business Centre Manager Location:             Bristol, BS1 4XE Hours of work:   37.5 hour per week, to include weekends to be agreed as per branch rota (normally every other weekend) Salary:                  £8.72 per hour Monday to Friday shifts                                 £10.36 per hour Early morning and night shift                                 £10.90 per hour Saturday and Sunday shifts                                 Plus potential bonus of £2000+ per annum on achievement of targets. Due to an exciting period of growth we are recruiting for Staff Allocation Officers (Healthcare Recruitment Co-ordinators) for our busy Central Support Team. You will be providing a professional and responsive service to clients and healthcare workers by co-ordinating and matching work to skilled and trained staff. In addition ensuring a seamless service is provided when our branches need support. You will need to be a naturally helpful person and confident communicating on the phone as you will be the first point of contact for our customers and staff.  You will receive bookings and accurately record dates and hours and number of staff required on our internal database, so attention to detail is paramount.  You will check staff availability, match them to bookings and make contact with relevant staff as required and confirm special requests or requirements. We are looking for dynamic individuals with strong multi-tasking and time management skills to join our dedicated central support team.  You’ll enjoy working to and have the desire to achieve targets, there is an opportunity to receive a bonus if you deliver results and meet the targets set by the Business Centre Manager.
