JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking strong, confident Behaviour Support staff to work in a Pupil Referral Units and Specialist schools in West Yorkshire.You will have sound experience of working with challenging behaviour and the ability to engage pupils from challenging backgrounds.Your role will be to work with small groups of pupils, helping to maintain behaviour and encouraging learning.As well as relevant previous experience you will need plenty of patience and a very good sense of humour.You will need to carry out a DBS check in order to be eligible for this role.
