JOB DESCRIPTION:
Administrator Aston 2 day s a week Part time position 16 hours per week Pro rata from £18k- £19k A well-established manufacturing organisation that are experts in their industry are looking for a well experienced office administrator to provide support to Office Manager for 2 days a week. This role will require you to work along side the Office Manager for 2 days a week providing full support with customer queries, raising PO numbers, stock records, processing orders and answering all calls into the business. You will also be required to assist with annual stock takes where every item of stock needs to be counted and put on to an internal system. A self sufficient individual who has a wealth of administration experience, can work under pressure, has a flexible approach to work and ability to work on own initiative. This is essential for the role, as the ideal candidate will need to meet deadlines and work to restricted time-scales. Previous experience in a manufacturing company where you have been required to process orders will be advantageous. As well as attention to detail and proficient in all Microsoft Office packages. The company are looking for a candidate with extensive administration experience, who is self-motivated and has unwavering concentration levels in a noisy manufacturing environment.
