JOB DESCRIPTION:

Elevation Professional Practice are delighted to be working with an independent firm of Chartered Accountants who have grown rapidly over the past 12 months. The firm are now seeking to recruit a Part Qualified ACCA / ACA Accounts Semi Senior/ Accounts Assistant to join their growing, vibrant team. The firm now have offices across the Region and experience very little staff turnover. This is a rare opportunity to join the firm and assist in the growth and development of the department. This role will be based at their Worksop site. Supporting the Management team, you will take responsibility of working across a broad range of clients, which will include leading audits from planning through to execution for both statutory and non-statutory audits, preparation of financial and management accounting. Due to the nature of the firm, it is expected that individuals will also have involvement within general practice accounting duties which will include client management, financial accounts preparation and business advisory services. You will also be required to complete tax computations, so technical accuracy is paramount. The ideal candidate will be confident in a client facing role, and have the ability to build the reputation of the firm through networking events and Business Development opportunities.
