It will be the responsibility of the Account Security Manager to represent the firm on all matters of IT Security and will liaise with a number of stakeholders in order to fulfil this obligation. Responsibilities: to develop a deep relationship with clients in order to drive service excellence and ultimately sales To develop a thorough understanding of the client’s business and IT Security Risk and Compliance Management strategies and to deliver services accordingly Ensure that Cyber Security’s capabilities are provided maximum opportunities to support account expansion goals, including assisting in identifying new opportunities, proposal writing and client presentations Enhance the organisation reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments Have a thorough understanding of all the commercial aspects of the account Create client specific risk and compliance assurance plan, handbooks and supporting documentation Coordinates investigation and response to all security incidents with impacts to the account Coordinates risk and vulnerability assessments Develops account security policies to all of the firm and client’s subcontractor personnel Annually conducts a security maturity assessment for the account in question Requirements: To have demonstrated at least 2-3 years’ experience in a IT Management role within significant/major accounts, and demonstrate a clear understanding of security related issues Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and/or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISM) ISO 27001 experience is highly desirable ITIL is again desirable PRINCE is desirable To be able to demonstrate strong financial awareness and control other financial experience at management level A degree or equivalent experience in computer science, telecommunications, networking, engineering or another computer-related field.
