Account Manager (Transport / Government / Digital transformation) London Would you like be part of one of the fastest growing organisations in the UK? My client is looking for an experienced Account Manager (Transport / Government / Digital transformation) to work within their Transport business area in the UK Services Business. The ideal candidate will have experience of selling and delivering transport technology and consulting engagements, and possess the ability to work on their own, as well as alongside our Transport account and delivery teams to ensure delivery of their own and the wider Transport business area’s targets.  Account Manager (Transport / Government / Digital transformation) The successful Account Manager (Transport / Government / Digital transformation) will be reporting to the Head of Transport, and be responsible for working collaboratively and cohesively with other members of the Transport business area and Service Lines to ensure delivery of the Transport Group’s 2015 plan. Responsibilities will include Develop account strategy, marketing and contact plans in line with the wider Transport Sector and UK Services Business Strategies Develop propositions based on the clients capability for the Transport market Own the delivery of the account plan including >£5m Order Intake and Sales (revenue) targets, customer satisfaction and profitability Build strong client and partner relationships to support existing and sell new business Mentoring of junior team members on Transport industry and delivery skills where required Support the creation of a strong community of staff aligned to the Transport business. Skills and Experience Required Selling and successfully implementing transport technology and consulting engagements to national (e.g. Highways Agency, Network Rail) and local Transport (e.g. TfL, Transport for Greater Manchester) authorities Experience of digital transformation and complex data heavy client engagements Developing account strategies, marketing and contact plans Developing and maintaining senior client and partner relationships across the Transport industry Working in multi-disciplinary teams, managing supply chains and teams of >10 people.
