JOB DESCRIPTION:

Account Manager– Search Division | Integrated Digital Marketing Agency     The conduit between our clients and internal specialist teams, itwill be your role to retain and grow our client accounts.  We deliver acrosspaid and organic search, display, content marketing and digital PR and outreach within the context of a wider full service integrated agency offering.   You will be responsible for maintainingagencyrelationshipswith clients, constantly keeping them up to dateand understanding their requirements while identifying opportunities for growth.  This is a fast paced role and requires someone quick on their feet with the ability to respond and turn around projects quickly.   The role is client facing and will also require liaising with 3rdparty suppliers, partners and internal specialist teams and business divisions.    The role requires; * A digital native who understands all key digital channels but especially paid / organic search and social media and how they overlap. * Sound knowledge and understanding of the principles of content marketing and how digital PR influences brand visibility online. * Knowledge of the fashion, lifestyle and health/beauty sectors and experience with retail/ecommerce projects. * Knowledge of B2B sectors and lead / demand generation projects * Ability to support an Account Director and willingness to take a genuine responsibility for the success of the business in the agency * Ability to distill client briefs into clear actions for internal teams. * Interest in continually expanding your knowledge and sharing this information on a regular basis with team members * Proven experience maintaining momentum and efficient completion of client projects * Understanding of the marketing process and ability to pull a proficient proposal together without assistance.     WORK SKILLS Essential: * Strong grammar and writing skills  * An eye for creative and an ability to express amends coherently * The ability to take a client brief and develop an appropriate strategic response. * Excellent power point skills * Ability to develop client relationships at junior and senior levels * Ability to run client meetings solo * Commercially competent * Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)and people skills (comfortable speaking with internal and external stakeholders) * Detailed, organised and sense of urgency * Strong project coordination skillsand can follow instruction * Ability and willingness to work in a very fast paced environment with quick turnaround and tight deadlines * Excellent attention to detail   Desirable   * Fluency in a second European language * Competence with Google Analytics or other mainstream analytics packages   GENERAL SKILLS/ ATTRIBUTES Essential: * Ability to think strategically and act on own initiative * Ability to multi-task and make considered decisions quickly * Confident presenter * Creative ability to develop own ideas or generate conversation * Able to present themselves appropriately in a corporate environment (in client and partner meetings) * Team playerwith a positive attitudeand a passion for good work– a people person * Proactive and takes initiative.   EXPERIENCE Essential: * 3-4 years’ experience in marketing, with at least 1 year at Account manager level * Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing relationships   Desirable: * An understanding of B2C and B2Bmarketing   EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS Indicate the education level and/or professional qualifications and/or specific occupational training needed. Desirable: * Bachelor degree or similar
