The Risk Division (Holding) will set up a Service center (Erste Group Service Center, EGSC) in Bratislava. The EGSC will supplement the existing structure of the Risk Division. The Bratislava service center is supposed to offer services for the Risk Division in Vienna related to the operations quantitative methods and validation, compliance, projects and reporting. The Credit Risk & ICAAP Regulatory Management is responsible for all regulatory topics with focus on credit and operational risk as well as questions related to the SREP/ICAAP process. This includes model change communication to the European Central Bank, as well as monitoring of regulatory findings and legal interpretations of Basel III implementation related issues. YOU: ... have a coordination and support function for risk related findings from external auditors and regulators ... support the communication of model changes in IRB and AMA approach for the whole Group to the European Central Bank ... coordinate and support implementation aspects or projects related to specific regulatory requirements or assessments ... prepare analysis / written opinions on specific Basel II & III related topics with focus on credit risk, operational risk or ICAAP ... analyze relevant EBA standards (e.g. forbearance) and get involved in the set-up and definition of necessary implementation steps ... work in a pro-active, problem solving way, with ability to prioritize ... possess degree in economics and / or law ... have experience in the financial sector, preferably in risk management area (ideally already experienced in Basel II & III related compliance issues) ... are proficient in German and English language.
