JOB DESCRIPTION:
As part of growth of Multilingual Operations for a worldwide leader in customer experience management, a Multilingual Recruiter is sought to join a diverse team of multilingual professionals in an exciting office in beautiful, sunny Lisbon. The successful applicant must be fluent in written and verbal Portuguese and English, with native level skills in Portuguese.You will report to the International Recruitment Manager, and be the owner of international recruitment and selection processes. This is a unique role and a fantastic opportunity to apply your multilingual skills. The role will involve researching job markets across Europe and finding new recruitment sources, creating job ads to support recruitment, and managing the selection process, including keeping the applications database update, analyzing CVs, and making pre-selection calls, as well as presenting a final short list of selected candidates. You will also need to use your own language skills to validate those of potential candidates, and you will be expected to propose improvements and innovations to the recruitment process.
