JOB DESCRIPTION:
Briksdalsbre Fjellstove is located in beautiful surroundings in Briksdal valley in Stryn. Our restaurant serves Lunch buffet and served lunches for lunch groups, as well as daily serving of A la carte, sandwiches, snacks etc. We need chefs/cooks for the upcoming tourist season. The work consists of planning, prepping and executing daily service. What we need is: - We need one person with experience from the Chinese kitchen. We recommend Chinese cooks/chefs to apply. - Work experience as cook/chef. We don¿t need any more kitchen assistants. - Formal education as a chef is not necessary, but is preferred. - Good grasp of the English Language. The time-period we need staff: Cook May 15 to end of August. Cook 2: May 20 to end of August. Cook 3: June 1 to end of August Cook 4: June 7 to end of August Some positions might get extended into September if needed. Applications will be handled as they come in.
