JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities: * Handling incoming telephone calls and emails; * System troubleshooting; * Other Service Desk duties that are required. Preferred experience: * IT; * Windows 7 Configuration; * Windows Server 2008; * Microsoft Office and Exchange; * Active Directory; * Citrix Environments; * Customer Service. Personal characteristics and skills: * Flexible and innovative approach; * Goal oriented and accurate personality; * Good communicator and coordinator; * Responsible to tasks given; * You know how to challenge everything; * You do “think outside of the box”. Education: * Intermediate or better proficiency in English and in Finnish language; * Completed secondary school: * Microsoft Certification (preferable).
