SENIOR IT SUPPORT (H/F)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a talented and outgoing individual with the ability to learn and research solutions to problems. A passion for Apple Mac and the media industry with excellent customer service skills. A good level of English is required. Your role Responsibilities will include but not limited too: Answering phone calls and being a point of contact for clients. Providing 2nd and 3rd level of support using own knowledge and team advice. Logging incoming calls on Helpdesk Creating builds for Windows and Mac Maintaining Windows and Mac Servers Working efficiently as part of a team Installing and setting up new additional hardware such as printers, scanners, etc. Maintaining the asset database Maintain company backups Suggest solutions for the business Consulter l''offre d''emploi sur le site du Forem
