• ll need to be there too if you want to work with us. We are currently looking for the right person to join our Controlling department as a: Controller (m/f) Located in Echternach/Luxembourg Your responsibilities would include:
• Carrying out standard cost settings and calculations:
• Costing new products
• Evaluating year-end inventory
• Planning budget standard costs
• Calculating new standard costs and transfer prices
• Calculating purchase price variances
• Carrying out inventory provisions, control and analyses / participating in yearly inventory counts
• Analysing product margin variances (at a consolidated and entity level)
• Taking part in manufacturing KPI calculations and analyses
• Conducting:
• fixed costs variance analyses and follow-up
• capital expenditures variance analyses and follow-up
• engineering performance analyses and follow up
• Supporting month-end group closure
• Submitting recurring / non recurring ad-hoc reports to Group management in a timely manner
• Reviewing and improving Controlling processes You would need to meet the following requirements:
• A university degree in Economics, with focus on Accounting/Controlling or equivalent
• A minimum of 2 years proven experience in a manufacturing, industrial or audit environment
• A very good knowledge of, and experience in standard costing method and transfer price calculations
• A very good understanding of accounting principles in a manufacturing environment
• A good knowledge of, and experience in SAP CO module
• Very good MS-Office skills (Excel)
• Key Skills. Ability to work autonomously, pro-active and quality driven
