JOB DESCRIPTION:

Implement Retailer BMW and MINI marketing strategy and plans, incentives and tactical programmes to deliver volume potential and exploit market opportunities Ensure Retailers Aftersales business plans are designed to continually improve their position within their area of influence. Evaluate the Retailers Aftersales facilities and capacity planning to ensure they have sufficient capacity to realise the BMW Ireland market potential now and in the future. Monitor progress against the business plan via regular reviews. Achieve BMW Group Aftersales sales and contribution targets; deliver BMW and MINI customer satisfaction in pursuit of No.1 Ireland brand positioning and ensure BMW and MINI customer retention to drive future new and used car sales and thereby future BMW Group profitability Negotiate and agree Retailers Aftersales targets with ongoing performance reviews and analysis to ensure the Retailers teams understand how to interpret the information.
