JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Duties: Include but not limited to - to ensure delivery of exceptional guest service from each department; Consistent management presence throughout the hotel during key times; To keep in contact with the Department managers to make sure that they are fully covered to work adhering to standards; to provide a level of personal commitment that ensures an enjoyable stay by the guest; Ensuring awareness and compliance with all Health & Safety work practices and to deal with any emergency situations which may arise; To make sure that fire exits and doors are kept clear and that all safety equipment is in correct working order; To assist in Food & Beverage areas or Reception if called upon; to log and provide prompt resolution to customer complaints; to record any accidents which occur on the premises during the shift; To ensure that any cash on the premises is being controlled correctly and according to hotel guidelines; To make sure that shift checklists are completed
