JOB DESCRIPTION:

Manage the day to day function of a large scale kitchen. Staff Management. Marketing and advertising new promotions and products. Prepare and Cook nutritious and fresh foods. Provide Ad hoc functions and events, possibly at weekends and evenings. Comply with company food safety policies and legislation. Comply with government nutritional guidelines. Essential Criteria: City and Guilds 706 Level 1 & 2 or NVQ Level 2 in Cookery. Level 3 CIEH Intermediate Food Hygiene. Must have relevant experience in Managing a team within a similar environment. GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above or equivalent. Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Word. Flexible and adaptable approach to new trends and routines. Desirable Criteria: Strong Baking background. Excellent bulk catering ability.
