JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Care Assistant is required to work as a member of a team delivering care to the residents. As a team member the Care Assistant contributes to the fulfilment of Mowlam Healthcare philosophy of care, ensuring the resident privacy, dignity, respect and choice and supports the Named Nurse in the delivery of nursing care.
