JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated person, with excellent communication skills who is committed to meeting targets in a dynamic retail environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years Bakery experience as well as knowledge of HACCP and Food handling. Previous retail experience is an advantage. Skills Requirement: The successful candidate must deliver excellent customer care for the Bakery department, Bake cakes to a high standard ensuring consistent quality to the end product, produce a range of butter-cream cakes, tray bakes, meringues, tarts and chocolate products, Create Novelty Birthday Cakes, Christmas Cakes, Special Occasion Cakes etc., maintain high standards of Safety and hygiene and be able to work on their own initiative.
