JOB DESCRIPTION:

Enersense International Oy provides its customers with resourcing solutions which appreciate the fluctuations in their projects. Our company is an ISO 9001:2008/14001:2004-certified actor with more than seven years of experience in operating in close cooperation with large-scale nuclear and construction sites, the Olkiluoto 3 nuclear power plant site being the largest of them. Main Tasks and Responsibilities: Develop & Maintain multiple project programmes using advanced scheduling and planning techniques. Liaise with Project Management, Project Engineering & Design Teams to ensure accurate & realistic achievable programmes. Ensure company processes are adhered to at all stages of the project. Operate within the planning team methodologies & standards, while being able to suggest improvements where applicable. Regularly review & assess resource loadings within the schedules & identify issues & solutions. Proactively seek & validate progress from both internal & external sources. Visit client and company locations in the delivery of planning support Prepare and present detailed planning information in discussions & meetings at all levels within the company. Good understanding of working with gated project processes. Personal Attributes Excellent communication skills at all levels. Fluent in Finnish and Russian languages (Finnish is most important) Ability to work effectively across all levels of the organisation. Effective problem solving and analytical skills. Tenacious attitude towards achieving objectives. Good attention to detail and pride in own work. Ability to operate on own while maintain a team player attitude. Desirable Experience of planning engineering projects and/or construction projects; nuclear projects an advantage. Experience of dealing with high level client reporting requirements. Educated to degree or HNC level (or equivalent) in an engineering discipline. Ability to use alternative planning packages (e.g. MS Project).
