Pöyry Management Consulting is looking for ANALYST / CONSULTANT to join our Energy Management Consulting practice team in Vantaa, Finland. As an Analyst / Consultant you will, depending on your background: Work in client projects, having responsibility either for a whole project or for a part of the work scope in larger projects, for example: oMarket research e.g. interviews, data analysis and forecasting oTechno-economic analysis e.g. cost and operations analysis oFinancial analysis e.g. cash flow modelling Collaborate with the project team and more senior consultants throughout the entire project including brainstorming for ideas and formulating recommendations Participate in client meetings, often presenting the part of the work which you have been responsible for, and sometimes working side-by-side with clients Participate in sales activities by preparing analyses and deliverables for presentation and project proposals The following skills and capabilities are required in the position: Energy, drive and interest in pursuing a career as a consultant Strong client focus and interest in interfacing with clients Good team working and social skills Strong communication skills, including presentation and facilitation skills Knowledge of, and some practical experience in Energy industry High level analytical, numerical and problem solving skills and very good command of Excel and PowerPoint University degree (M.Sc. or higher) in Engineering or Economics with good academic performance Full fluency in English and Finnish (oral and written), Swedish being a clear benefit Flexibility to travel and work abroad We offer you Challenging and exciting consulting work for the world s leading companies in the Energy Industry A unique opportunity to work with some of the most proficient colleagues and clients within the Energy sector The prospect to develop as an expert and eminent management consultant within the industry Employment with a responsible employer who fosters a dynamic environment to support the growth and development of the people working for our company A collaborative, professional, innovative and responsible way of working with a desire to achieve the highest level of quality At Pöyry we believe that having the best people attracts the best projects and having the best projects attracts the best people.
