JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an Event Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team with passion to organise world class business events. Your responsibility is to organise business events and meetings in our domestic market, Nordics. These events provide an important venue for our sales and our customers for networking and building strong business relationship. We have a solid track record in organising business events and now is the time to take the event marketing to a whole new level. As an Event Marketing Specialist you -Plan and execute business events in Finland, Sweden, Denmark and Norway -Organise breakfast seminars and other business events -Create unforgettable experiences through the events -Actively search for relevant external events to participate and conduct required preparations -Plan the theme, invite keynote speakers, identify target audience and make budget for the events -Create direct impact to sales results through the events -Work in marketing team with talented people and collaborate with sales and key customer contacts What we expect -3+ years of experience in organising business events -Highly organised and self-driven way of working -Strong communication and project management skills -Genuine passion towards event marketing -Focus on quality and detail -Relevant academic background -Fluent written and spoken English We offer you the chance to make a great impact on Dream Broker s success story and the possibility to proceed with your career and grow with us.
