We are now looking for Customer Support Specialist to our Customer Support Team in Mariehamn and Tallinn Are you a service minded team player with a big heart for customers and an eye for top class customer service? Do you enjoy working in a dynamic environment where daily support operations and new knowledge are in focus? Are you on top of this interested in customer communication and gaming you might be one of the Customer Support Specialists we are looking for! As one of our Customer Support Specialist you have a big responsibility in taking care of our customers and ensure that their customer experience is as good as possible. You will be communicating with our customers via phone, email, social media and chats. Our working environment is very dynamic, and you need to be prepared to fast adapt to new knowledge and new ways of working. As you will be in direct contact with our customers you need to be a good communicator, and at least one of these languages is required on a fluent level Swedish, Finnish, Estonian and Russian. English is our company language, knowledge in other languages is an advantage. Previous experience from customer support, sales, gambling industry and online business are advantages.
