NAME: Swedish Sales and After Sales Advisor DUTIES: In line with SELLBYTEL Group s Customer Service project, we are currently recruiting professionals to be part of an exciting new team, working for the leader in the technological sector (computers, MP3, telecommunication, entertainment). Our Service will be responsible for resolving Customer s requests, when possible, in a single telephone call while offering the best product information. Your main tasks - Resolving Customer s requests in order to provide accurate information - Inbound Sales support and selling of products to increase revenue & conversion rates, while ensuring the highest level of Customer Satisfaction. -Find out customer s needs in order to offer them the most suitable products available. - Delivery of high caliber Customer Service on Post-Sales requisitions (Logistics, warranties, refunds...) - Logging and follow up of correct and Valid Orders or requests. Requirements -Excellent communication and sales skills in a variety of customer facing situations. -Sales and Customer Service oriented -Familiar with current Technological environment (Previous experience in technological sector is a plus) - Good team player with excellent work ethic & personal drive.
