Ortopedia Plus is one of the most important health companies on Spain. www.ortopediaplus.com. We are leaders on Internet sales in the Spanish market. We are located in the south east of Spain, in Murcia. This region is known for the good weather, low prices, the quality of life and the excellent gastronomy. For our internet shop, we are looking for a Sales Administrator, born in U.K. (native knowledge of the English language). As a Sales Administrator, the successful candidate will be responsible for processing orders, producing quotations and dealing with final customer`s queries in a polite and efficient manner. At the same time, the candidate will translate the Spanish web page for the English market. RESPONSIBILITIES: Translating the Spanish web page to English. Processing orders, producing quotations and dealing with customers queries in a polite and efficient manner coordinating with production and purchasing to ensure customer`s requirements are met, ensuring the customer is kept informed of the progress of their orders. Overseeing the day to day office procedures and providing assistance to Purchasing, Accounts and Marketing departments. Managing the sales/export function, arranging the delivery of goods within Spanish and the export of goods around the world. REQUIREMENTS Good Spanish skills and the ability to translate and produce clear documents from Spanish to English. Good knowledge of office tools (Mail, Word, Excel and similar). Ability to effectively communicate with members of staff in other departments and external contacts. Desired skills:Knowledge of standard worldwide export documentation (Packing Lists, Commercial Invoices, and Shipping Marks). EXPERIENCE At least one year. EDUCATION University degree related with Spanish language or/and international markets. LANGUAGES English and Spanish.
