JOB DESCRIPTION:
For an important company located in Tenerife, we search Dutch people (preferably native) with experience in customer service or computer HELP DESK. We look for people who want to develop their career in Tenerife (Canary Island - Spain) working as an IT Help Desk Level 1; and for this, we provide the possibility of telephone interviews or through skype. Previous experience is NOT REQUIRED as we offer a complete training plan. We need: Fluent Dutch (Hollands or Flemish), native preferred. Level B2 English (Spanish not required). Availability to work in Tenerife (Canary Island – Spain). Customer service experience. Funcitions: Customer Service and IT support in Dutch and English language. IT troubleshooting, Send and receive mails with IT questions.
