JOB DESCRIPTION:

arvato services Estonia OÜ is looking for NORWEGIAN SPEAKING BACK OFFICE AGENT Main role and responsibilities: - Handling customer complaints and information requests - Expediting goodwill requests in co-operation with dealer network - Handling basic requests for IT tools from dealer network - Processing sensible customer data Requirements for candidate: - Fluent Norwegian in verbal and written, in addition at least good English - Strong customer service focus and problem solving skills - Excellent communication skills - Basic computer skills We offer: - Full product training - Nice team and friendly colleagues - Modern working environment in the centre of Tallinn - Working time from Monday to Friday
