SAP Training Specialist, Procure-to-Pay-160001IA

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a SAP Training Specialist to enhance the competencies of individual users within our Procure-to-Pay solution based on SAP-MM. You will be designing the training concept and conducting training programs together with Finance to have the entire end-to-end Procure to Pay (P2P) flow covered. Being a global player Vestas users are spread all over the world. Global Sourcing Global Sourcing is responsible for procurement of all direct and indirect material at Vestas. The P2P is a strategic initiative within the Global Sourcing organization. Responsibilities: Your tasks are to: Develop and drive a global “super user concept: train the trainer” Organize and develop, or obtain, training procedure manuals and guides and course materials such as handouts and visual materials Monitor, evaluate and record training activities and program effectiveness Present information, using a variety of instructional techniques and formats such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos and lectures. Build annual training program and prepare teaching plans Deliver training courses Periodically evaluate and maintain ongoing programs Preferred qualifications: Proven ability to master the full training cycle. Requires current hands-on experience with SAP on medium to high level Preferably ARIBA platform experience Technical aptitudes and strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Friendly and helpful attitude; excellent interpersonal skills Superior communication skills Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences Ability to adapt support style to align with the capabilities of the user Previous experience within procurement is strongly desirable Fluency in English Experience in global organizations and working with individuals from diverse cultures preferred.
