JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for the right candidate to assist the Sales Director. You will be key in providing expert support - from recruiting the best employees, overseeing KPI’s, monitoring, training and coaching - and other administrative and practical tasks. The job is very diverse and the right candidate will have no problem in juggling between administrative and practical tasks. Responsibilities: * Monitoring and reporting of KPI’s on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. * Sales results * Recruitment status * Quality assurance and control * Agent commissions and salaries * You refer directly to the Sales Director who works very hands on with our Regional Managers What we are looking for - The Dream Candidate: * Min 5 years experience in the callcentre industry * Worked directly with all types of outbound calls * Especially aqcuisitions, winback and upgrades * Worked as a Sales Manager, Key Account Manager or Sales Trainer for a minimum of 2 years * Excellent at creating presentations and reports * Excellent people skills * Extensive experience with One2One feedback and coaching * Expert on Microsoft Office * You have a proven track record as a sales agent and/or manager * Native verbal and written communication skills in English and preferably a second language What we offer: - Full-time position, the hours will be flexible, since we have agents employed from around the world - You work from our office in Copenhagen, with the future possibility of a home office - Competitive salary package, including a very attractive bonus. - Lunch every day - Very modern office, right next to Østerport St. - A fun, fast moving environment with a flat leadership structure.
