Description Administration – Coordination – Communication As Project Assistant you will be part of Radiometer’s IT & Software Solutions section, that has the responsibility to develop the IT and software solutions requested by our customers. The team consists of approximately 45 employees in Brønshøj and 30 i Bangalore/India (increasing), as well as a number of significant stakeholders at other locations. As a leadership team member and reporting to Director of IT & Software solutions you will be responsible for the administrative support to all the leaders in the section – driving significant processes in our daily work life independently. The job To become successful in this job you must assist the project team in achieving their goals, and have a unifying role within the section. Your responsibilities and tasks will include: •Collecting and updating the monthly progress reporting (KPI materials). •Budget controlling and follow up on financial reporting. •Driving a high level of information in the section, and ensuring a consistent and fluid communication between the departments in India and Denmark. •Supporting implementation of Radiometer’s annual activity cycle in the section. •Planning and coordination of workshops, meetings and social events. •General support to the projects, i.e. introduction of new employees, celebrations and anniversaries.
