JOB DESCRIPTION:

For our Blade Factory in Aalborg we are looking for an Industrial Engineer with management experience, who thrives in the production environment and is ready to take on the role as playing captain. What are my responsibilities? · Team Leas of the Industrial Engineering Team · Implementation of new production technologies and blade types developed by the T&S department · Optimization of production processes to meet output/lead time targets · Providing instructors with necessary information for training of operators · Dealing with non-conformances · Participation in quality improvement projects managed by QM · Providing the T&S department with input regarding manufacturing documentation, processes and equipment · Providing maintenance department with input regarding required maintenance of equipment · Coordination of Industrial Engineering activities within the Feederline · Coordination og Industrial Engineering activities with other Feederlines What do I need to qualify for this job? · You hold a degree in mechanical or industrial engineering · You have knowledge of lean methodologies · Preferably, you are an experienced manager and you have the ability to lead and motivate your team successfully · Experience in the wind energy business and experience with composites will be considered an advantage · You are both process and people oriented and you have an analytical and structured mindset as well as a result and quality oriented proactive approach to your work · You are outgoing and have strong communication skills and you are able to communicate at all organizational levels · You are an experienced user of MS Office In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
