- Marketing - Denmark - Søborg Allow your outstanding marketing skills to make a difference globally… We are seeking a dynamic and driven Product Manager with strong communication skills and extensive marketing expertise to join the Global Marketing team and drive the global growth of NovoRapid®, the biggest brand of Novo Nordisk. About the department The position is based in Copenhagen, Denmark, reporting to the Vice President for NovoRapid®, Kenneth M. Wolffhechel. You will join a team responsible for leading the global brand strategies for NovoRapid®, growing volume and value market share for NovoRapid®, and driving investments to secure its continued momentum. The job You will be a brand champion and bring innovation and creativity to a significant stage of the life cycle management for NovoRapid®. You will need to be a marketing partner and service provider to our core markets. As part of the team you will support development, and ensure implementation of global marketing strategy for NovoRapid®. You will be expected to develop and drive innovative marketing activities and programmes to support NovoRapid®, our current modern insulin portfolio and our future portfolio. Specifically, you will develop and implement compelling campaigns and programmes to accelerate growth of NovoRapid®, driving differentiation from competitors and upgrades from human insulin. You will also be expected to challenge and collaborate with key affiliates on their tactical marketing plans. Qualifications You will be a team player, who lives the Novo Nordisk Way, and demonstrates high level marketing competency. You will hold a University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Medicine or any other relevant degree; e.g. ideally with an in-depth background in Marketing. The role will require significant marketing and experience in a similar position, with a strong track record of success, and ideally from within an affiliate where you will have developed a strong pharmaceutical business understanding. You will have outstanding project management, networking and communication skills and strong experience in managing and leading projects across multi-disciplinary groups. We expect both a strong analytical and creative mind-set, and an excellent command of written and spoken English.
