JOB DESCRIPTION:

Do you speak Swedish or Norwegian and wish to work in Copenhagen? Then YOU are the person we’re looking for! On behalf of our client, LN Eurocom, we are looking for a Technical Supporter for their call center in Copenhagen – more specific you will be placed in a BOSCH department where you will be a BOSCH specialist and only handle calls from BOSCH workshops-colleagues around Denmark. We are right now looking for 1 Norwegian speaking and 1 Swedish speaking supporter. In this position, you will have the opportunity to use your experience in auto mechanics while you help your colleagues over the phone. As a Technical BOSCH Supporter at LN Eurocom, you will be trained in BOSCH’ products and services and your tasks will among other things consist of: - To provide first-class technical support for BOSCH Car Service workshops - To explain complex errors in regards to ABS-, airbag-, CAN-systems-, and motorization and help solve the errors - To provide technical support for the operation of modern diagnostic equipment The candidate that we are looking for: Has to be a trained mechanic, System Engineer or Service Technician  Enjoys explaining complex matters in regards to technical and system errors by phone Has knowledge of troubleshooting and has good communication skills  Has a strong focus on developing within the field Speaks either Norwegian or Swedish and English                   As a supporter at LN Eurocom, you will be a part of the largest call center in Denmark with more than 1.000 employees from all over the North. LN Eurocom is located in Copenhagen and it is therefore necessary that you are living in or near Copenhagen or willing to commute. The position is a full time permanent position and the start-up date is as soon a possible. We are looking forward to hear from you!
