- Laboratory Technician - Denmark - Måløv Are you a Laboratory Technician with experience in ADME? Then come and join our department, Development DMPK - ADME. We are a highly motivated team striving to provide and integrate state-of-the-art non-clinical and clinical DMPK data from late-stage discovery and throughout clinical development. Together with other departments in the Non-Clinical Development organisation we prepare for and contribute to non-clinical and clinical testing of new drug candidates coming from the Global Research unit. About the department The ADME department consists of 6 scientists and 4 laboratory technicians working together in an open, challenging and cross-functional environment. The ADME department is a part of Development DMPK that also comprises a PKPD department. The job Together with our experienced scientists you will be conducting ADME studies of new drug candidates. This will include in vitro studies with hepatocytes, metabolite profiling and metabolite ID of biological samples from animals and humans, and plasma protein binding. The department operates according with GLP/GCP requirements and instrument qualification and maintenance will also be a part of this position. Qualifications You are a Laboratory Technician with a distinct quality mindset and experience in working in a GLP/GCP facility. Experience with HPLC, radio detection and hepatocytes is required. In addition, a thorough knowledge of HPLC method development and sample extraction is preferred. Hands-on experience with qualitative MS techniques and/or Biacore instruments will also be an advantage.
