JOB DESCRIPTION:

ASSIST CLIENTS AND COLLEGUES TO RESOLVE ISSUES RELATED TO THE USE OF THE COMPANY΄S PRODUCTS. WORKING AS PART OF A TEAM TO PROVIDE 24/5 SUPPORT TO CLIENTS (SHIFT WORK). LIAISING WITH INTERNAL DEPARTMENTS (NOC, PRODUCT MANAGEMENT, SALES, DEVELOPERS) AS WELL AS WITH THIRD PARTIES WHEN REQUIRED. , BSC OR EQUIVALENT IN A RELEVANT FIELD. 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE WITHIN FINANCIAL MARKETS AND/OR FOREX, PROVIDING CUSTOMER SUPPORT TO CLIENTS. THOROUGH UNDERSTANDING OF FINANCIAL MARKETS AND FOREX PRONCIPLES AND TERMINOLOGY.
