We offer -The opportunity to become part of a highly motivated team focusing on User Experience and User Interfaces (UX/UI) for Relationship Managers in the bank -A highly challenging and rewarding role managing UX-UI projects into development and driving design thinking for Credit Suisse''s Relationship Managers -Working with multi-disciplinary teams across the Swiss Universal Bank, but also within the Digitization organization -High visibility across both the Digitization team as well as the Swiss Universal Bank organization You offer -University degree in Business Technology, Engineering or equivalent qualification (mandatory) -Previous banking experience (ideally with marketing and/or front/back office experience) (mandatory) -2-3 years of UX/UI Design Project Management and proven experience leading cross-functional teams (mandatory) -Agile Product Development and business-side IT project experience (mandatory) -A passion for design thinking and being a vocal champion for the customer -Flexibility and willingness to travel (20-30%) -Fluency in English; German / Swiss German a plus Ms. F.Zimmermann HLOD 13 would be delighted to receive your application.
